About the project

The inital goal was to recruit new staff for Erbil. Therefore he needs contact addresses of potential applicants. In order to generate these, we have opted for lead ads with a multi-level application process. Only a selected number of possible (pre-selected) candidates were sent to Erbil. This person could then be contacted personally and finally be recruited as a new employee.
